Leadership

Abdulla Mamasaatovich Abdukadirov was born on February 19, 1961, in Tashkent. He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy in 1982.

• 1987–1990 – Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Institute of Economics, Researcher.

• 1990–1997 – Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department, Deputy Minister, and First Deputy Minister.

• 1996–2000 – First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, General Director of the Center for the Development and Improvement of the Securities Market.

• 2000–2004 – ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Netherlands branch in Uzbekistan, Head of Treasury, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

• 2005–2013 – Smart Heating Systems LLC, General Director.

   

• 2008–2013 – Infinbank JSCB, Member of the Supervisory Board.

   

• 2015–2022 – Double A Solutions LLC (Tashkent), General Director.

   

• 2020–2022 – Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Advisor to the Minister.

   

• From 2022 – First Deputy Director of the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
