{"id":3731,"date":"2026-05-08T09:37:27","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T04:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asdr.gov.uz\/?p=3731"},"modified":"2026-05-08T09:52:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T04:52:08","slug":"selection-stage-of-the-kelajak-uchun-forum-of-promising-initiatives-launches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asdr.gov.uz\/en\/selection-stage-of-the-kelajak-uchun-forum-of-promising-initiatives-launches\/","title":{"rendered":"Selection Stage of the \u201cKelajak uchun\u201d Forum of Promising Initiatives Launches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-113 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 14 July 2025, &#8220;On Additional Measures to Support Promising Initiatives in the Implementation of Reforms&#8221;, the &#8220;<strong>Kelajak uchun&#8221; Forum<\/strong> of Promising Initiatives is becoming an important platform for fostering open dialogue and supporting civic initiatives across the country. The Forum is to be held annually from 2025 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum serves as an effective mechanism for the broad engagement of the public, including specialists, young people, entrepreneurs, scientists and active citizens in the development of the country. To this end, a dedicated crowd-sourcing platform, kelajakuchun.gov.uz, has been launched to receive initiatives, and to date <strong>more than 1,300 proposals<\/strong> have been submitted.<\/p>\n<p>The submitted initiatives have been consolidated by the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms and referred to the Mentors&#8217; Council for consideration. The selection stage of the initiatives is currently under way, with the participation of Mentors&#8217; Council members and sector-specific experts.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of the selection process, the most pertinent and practically significant initiatives will be identified in <strong>&#8220;Top 50&#8221;<\/strong> and<strong> &#8220;Top 10&#8221;<\/strong> formats. The authors of the best proposals will be awarded monetary prizes.<\/p>\n<p>The Organising Committee has identified the following five priority areas for the current year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; development of entrepreneurship and promotion of employment;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ecology, water supply and the expansion of green energy coverage;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; introduction of digital technologies and artificial intelligence;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; improvement of the quality of healthcare and education;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; development of the judicial and legal system on the basis of modern approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Citizens were also able to submit their initiatives and participate collectively in areas beyond those listed above.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Initiatives submitted within the framework of the Forum are assessed in accordance with the official regulations on the basis of the following <strong>principal criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; relevance, addressing pressing issues of public concern;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; originality, an innovative approach and the proposal of new solutions;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; practical feasibility, the availability of the necessary resources and timeframe for implementation;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; impact, a positive effect on the development of sectors and society at large.<\/p>\n<p>The concluding stage of the Forum will be held in Tashkent in the form of a plenary session attended by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
