{"id":2973,"date":"2025-11-13T14:58:21","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asr.gov.uz\/?p=2973"},"modified":"2025-11-13T14:58:21","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:58:21","slug":"further-stages-of-cooperation-agreed-upon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asdr.gov.uz\/en\/further-stages-of-cooperation-agreed-upon\/","title":{"rendered":"Further Stages of Cooperation Agreed Upon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Director of the <strong>Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms<\/strong>, <strong>Bahodir Rakhmatov<\/strong>, held an online meeting with British historian, scholar, and television presenter <strong>Bettany Hughes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, a joint project with <strong>Bettany Hughes<\/strong> and her team resulted in the production of the documentary film \u201c<strong>UZBEKISTAN: THE GOLDEN ROAD<\/strong>\u201d The film premiered on <strong>October 18<\/strong> this year during prime time on the British television channel <strong>Channel 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At present, the <strong>Cinematography Agency<\/strong> is working on translating and dubbing the film into <strong>Uzbek<\/strong> and <strong>Russian<\/strong>. It is planned to be broadcast<br \/>\non both state and private television channels.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussion with <strong>Bettany Hughes<\/strong>, the parties explored prospects for further creative collaboration and the production of <strong>new episodes<\/strong> of the documentary series.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the next episode is expected to highlight projects initiated by <strong>President<\/strong> <strong>Shavkat Mirziyoyev<\/strong> \u2013 including Tashkent City, the Center of Islamic Civilization, the Amirsoy Resort, New Uzbekistan Park, and the Olympic Village \u2013 as well as natural landmarks in Zamin, Kokand, Kitab, Sangardak, and Muynak.<\/p>\n<p>Such films aim to promote the rich cultural heritage of the <strong>Uzbek people<\/strong> and the country\u2019s <strong>modern infrastructure<\/strong>, strengthen <strong>Uzbekistan\u2019s<\/strong> positive international image, and advance its tourism brands on the global stage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Director of the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms, Bahodir Rakhmatov, held an online meeting with British historian, scholar, and television presenter Bettany Hughes.
