dated October 30, 2025, <strong>\u201cOn Organizational Measures for the Introduction of the System of Strategic Planning and Development,\u201d<\/strong> a unified and comprehensive system of strategic planning and development has been established in our country.<\/p><p>In accordance with this Decree, the <strong>Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms under the President of the
